Creator of the “Million Dollar CEO” (MCEO) Program
Jocelyn began her career in 2006 as an IT consultant specializing in SEO. Her entrepreneurial path was shaped by early challenges, including a failed MLM venture and the financial strain of traditional sales models. These experiences led her to shift her business philosophy from aggressive "hard-selling" to solving client problems.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, she successfully pivoted to the digital space, pioneering Facebook Live selling techniques. This transition enabled MC JO Academy to achieve 10x growth, reaching RM 1.7 million in sales over eight months, and allowed her to train nearly 10,000 micro-entrepreneurs.
Training and Expertise
- Communication Skills: Leveraging over 12 years of professional emceeing experience, she teaches entrepreneurs how to master sales closing.
- The MCEO Program: Launched in 2021, this flagship program helps women entrepreneurs across diverse industries—such as F&B, real estate, and finance—reach their first million in sales. To date, it has supported over 500 members and generated more than RM 50 million in participant sales.
- Methodology: Her approach combines structured systems, practical strategies, and hands-on guidance, known for being high-energy and engaging.

Jocelyn has received numerous awards and recognitions for her contributions to entrepreneurship and public speaking:
- Record-Breaking: Holder of the Malaysia Book of Record for “The Highest number of emcee graduates in an academy” (2020).
- Influential Leadership: Recognized as a Distinguished Toastmaster (2020) and listed in Britishpedia’s Most Successful People in Malaysia (2017, 2022).
- Entrepreneurial Awards: Recipient of the Malaysia Most Influential Young Entrepreneur Award (2023), the SME Platinum Award for Women Entrepreneurship (2023), and the SHIPBA Award (2023).
- Literary Contributions: Published two books, 321 Action and Dream in Live, to help the public learn sales skills via Facebook Live.
